Nayarani LLC ("Nayarani LLC," "us," "our," or "we") owns and operates this website, services, content, technologies, and offerings located at [www.thetempleofradiance.com] ("Website"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made by and between Nayarani LLC and you, the user of the Site and participant in the Membership (personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using the Site; collectively, "you").

Use of the Site and any associated Products or Services is at your own risk. You accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your life choices, progress, and results from your participation and that Nayarani LLC does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding any particular outcomes associated with the services. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life. You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by Nayarani LLC customers or audience represented on our programs, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages, or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by Nayarani LLC and that the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on Nayarani LLC websites, programs, content, and offerings are simply opinions and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. You acknowledge, understand, agree, and represent that you understand the nature of the activities to be undertaken in connection with the Site and its offerings and that you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical and mental condition to participate in such activities.

 

1 Nayarani LLC Member Policies

Upon purchase of any Nayarani LLC Membership plan, the purchaser agrees to the following company policies. We reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies at any time. As a user of the website you are agreeing to these policies and any future revisions during your membership term. As a company, we will do our best to inform our users of any adjustments made; however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and comprehend the following policies.

 

1.1 Cancellation Policy

A Membership member who chooses the 12-month payment plan option may cancel their membership within the first 72 hours of enrollment for a €50 early cancellation fee. After the initial 72 hours post-enrollment, the cost of cancellation is the remainder of their membership agreement. If a member would like to buy out their membership, their access will be removed upon receipt of payment and no refunds will be permitted for previous payments.

 

1.2 Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on the Membership regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content. Nayarani LLC maintains the right to refuse refund at any time or provide the option to take store credit to be used on future purchases.

There may be occasional glitches with the platform or the website may experience downtime. Nayarani LLC will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible and report any bugs with our tech partners. No refunds will be provided for temporary access issues or downtime.

 

1.3 Billing Policy

Our billing system is automated and we do not have the ability to freeze, skip payments, or adjust the billing cycle for any of our members. Upon signup, members who choose the 12-month payment plan method will be billed automatically every 30 days. Those who choose the pay-in-full annual membership option will be billed once, immediately upon signup.

If you are on the 12-month payment plan and have a failed payment, the system will retry the charge 3 days later, 7 days later, and 14 days later. If your payment fails on the 14th day, your plan will be canceled and access will end.

For any canceled plans due to failed billing, a member may reach out to Nayarani LLC to receive a direct link to a private plan which has the correct number of remaining payments if they do not want to sign up for another 12-month membership. In addition, if they had a reduced rate, they may request to receive a discount code in order to lock in their previous rate again. To qualify for a private plan and in order to receive their previous rate, the member must reach out requesting their plan to be reinstated within 30 calendar days of their original membership canceling. Beyond 30 days, the member will need to repurchase a new membership at the current rate.

When reinstating your membership, the only payment option available will be to pay monthly for those remaining months. Buying out your membership will not be an option for reinstatement and is strictly reserved for those canceling early.

 

1.4 Plan Expiration Policy

Upon expiration of any membership plan, your access will end without contact or action needed from the member. There are no plans set to auto-renew.

 

1.5 As Is Policy

Upon purchase of any Nayarani LLC Membership plan, you are agreeing to access the purchased content as is at the time of purchase. There are no guaranteed upgrades, improvements, or future updates included with your Membership access.
Nayarani LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance existing content at its discretion, and to sell upgraded or new versions of content separately from existing Membership access.

 

2 General Terms

BY ACCESSING, USING ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES AND/OR PURCHASING ACCESS TO ANY NAYARANI LLC ONLINE COURSES ("ONLINE COURSES"), YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, WHICH CONTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE SO BOUND, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES.
