ONLINE PROGRAMS & TRAININGS

These Terms & Conditions apply to online courses, trainings, workshops, masterclasses, memberships, recorded programs, downloadable resources, and other digital products provided by Nayarani LLC, trading as The Temple of Radiance (“we”, “us”, or “The Temple of Radiance”).

By purchasing or accessing one of our online programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 1. Payment and access

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

If a payment plan is offered, it will be covered by a separate payment plan agreement.

Access details will be sent to the email address used when purchasing or provided through the relevant course platform. You are responsible for providing the correct contact details and accessing the program within the access period shown on the sales page.

Access will not normally be extended because you did not have time to participate, did not complete the program, were travelling, or experienced a change in personal circumstances.

We may move a program to another platform or make reasonable changes to its schedule, facilitator, structure, or materials, provided that the overall nature of the program is not significantly changed.

 

2.Our 14-day money-back guarantee

The purpose of this guarantee is to give participants the opportunity to genuinely experience and apply the course material. It is not intended to provide temporary free access to the full programme.
 
Certain digital courses offered by Narayani LLC may include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee when expressly stated on the applicable sales or checkout page.
 
To qualify for a refund under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, the participant must:
  • Submit the refund request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Complete the introductory or required course material specified for that programme.
  • Complete the corresponding exercises, practices, assignments, or implementation steps associated with that material.
  • Provide a brief explanation of what was completed or implemented, what they experienced, and why the programme did not meet their expectations.
  • Provide reasonable evidence of completion or participation if requested, including completed worksheets, exercises, or other programme materials.
Simply purchasing the programme, accessing or consuming the content, and requesting a refund without meaningfully participating in the required material does not qualify under this guarantee.
Refund eligibility may vary by programme, and any programme-specific requirements will be clearly disclosed on the relevant sales page or checkout page before purchase.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible under this guarantee.
Once a refund is approved, the participant’s access to the course, community, downloadable resources, bonuses, and associated programme materials will be revoked.
Any refund rights provided under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
 

3. Digital content and consumer rights

By choosing to receive immediate access to a program, you request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, beginning to access, stream, or download digital content may affect a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right.

Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is an additional promise from us and does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights if a program is not supplied, is defective, or is materially different from what was advertised.

 

4. Live sessions and recordings

Some programs may include live calls, workshops, group sessions, or question-and-answer sessions.

You are responsible for checking the time zone and attending at the correct local time.

We may reschedule a session, change the facilitator, or provide a recording or replacement session where reasonably necessary.

Live sessions may be recorded and shared with participants in the same program. If your camera or microphone is on, your name, image, voice, or contribution may appear in the recording.

Where practical, you may keep your camera off or choose not to speak if you do not wish to appear.

Recordings containing participant contributions are confidential and must not be copied, shared, published, or distributed outside of the TOR network.

We will not use an identifiable participant contribution in public marketing without appropriate permission.

5. Personal use and ownership of materials

All videos, recordings, PDFs, workbooks, exercises, written materials, teaching methods, branding, and other program content belong to or are licensed to Nayarani LLC.

Your purchase gives you personal access to the program for your own learning.

You must not:

  • share your login details or account access;
  • copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, or share program materials;
  • record or screen-record live or recorded sessions;
  • use our materials to create or deliver another course, workshop, training, or commercial service;
  • remove our branding, copyright notices, or watermarks; or
  • claim to be authorised, certified, endorsed, or affiliated with The Temple of Radiance unless we have confirmed this in writing.

Downloadable materials may be saved or printed for your own personal use.

Unauthorised sharing or use may result in your access being removed without refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Your wellbeing and results

Our programs are for educational, informational, experiential, embodiment, and personal-development purposes.

They are not a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or another regulated professional service.

You are responsible for deciding whether a program is appropriate for you and for seeking professional support where needed.

Some programs may include movement, breathwork, meditation, emotional inquiry, intimacy-related education, or relational exercises. Your participation is voluntary, and you may pause, adapt, or decline any exercise.

You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while participating.

We cannot guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relational, emotional, physical, sexual, or spiritual outcome. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of what you will experience.

7. Community behaviour and confidentiality

You agree to treat facilitators, team members, and other participants respectfully.

You must not harass, threaten, pressure, discriminate against, exploit, or deliberately distress another person.

Personal stories, messages, images, identities, and contributions shared by participants must be treated as confidential. You must not record, photograph, screenshot, copy, or share them without permission.

Program groups and participant details must not be used to advertise, recruit, solicit clients, promote unrelated services, or send unsolicited messages.

We ask all participants to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee the actions of every person in an online space. Please use care when sharing personal or sensitive information.

We may remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, seriously disruptive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms. Removal for misconduct will not normally result in a refund.

8. Technology, changes, and cancellations

You are responsible for having suitable internet access, equipment, software, and technical ability to participate.

We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device, software, account settings, or failure to install a required application.

Programs may be delivered through third-party course platforms, payment providers, video-conferencing services, email providers, or community applications. We cannot guarantee that these services will always operate without interruption.

Where a significant issue within our reasonable control prevents access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

We may change, postpone, reschedule, or replace part of a program because of facilitator illness, technology problems, platform failure, low participation, or other reasonable circumstances.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement session, recording, alternative facilitator, extended access, comparable content, credit, or another reasonable solution.

If we permanently cancel a program or do not provide a significant part of what was purchased, we will provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund for the part not supplied.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, cyberattacks, power or energy outages, internet or telecommunications failures, strikes, or serious facilitator illness.

Where possible, we will provide a reasonable alternative, such as a replacement session, recording, extended access, credit, or rescheduling.

10. Liability, law, and contact

Nothing in these Terms removes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, personal decisions made following a program, the actions of another participant, or technology problems outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability relating to a program will not exceed the amount you paid for that program, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another country with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you continue to have any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
