1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Facilitator Training in Portugal ("Training") offered by Narayani LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Overview

The Training includes pre-training online materials and two mandatory in-person immersions in Portugal: June 12–21 and October 4–13, 2026. Certification requires successful completion of both components.

3. Attendance Requirements

In-Person Attendance
Attendance at both in-person retreats is mandatory. If you cannot attend during your graduating year, you have up to two years to complete this requirement in order to be certified.

Online Attendance
Online participation is also required. All online training modules must be completed during your training year. Attendance at live calls is strongly encouraged, as this supports your integration and growth.
To be eligible for certification, you must attend at least 50% of live calls and watch the replay of all remaining sessions. Completion is tracked via our learning platform, and certification is only granted when all modules and call replays have been completed.

 

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of €3900 is required upon enrollment. 

This secures your place in the Training and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds will not be granted due to non-use of online materials or failure to access digital content. Your access to course content is your responsibility once it becomes available.

5. Cancellation Policy

a. If Cancelling More Than 90 Days Before the In-Person Training Start Date

  • Within 30 days of enrollment:
     Only the €500 deposit is non-refundable.

  • Within 60 days of enrollment:
     €1,000 is non-refundable.

  • Within 90 days of enrollment:
     €2,500 is non-refundable. You retain access to pre-training materials.

  • After 90 days of enrollment (but before the Training begins):
    The full deposit of €3,900 is non-refundable. Any remaining payments on your plan will be cancelled moving forward.

b. If Cancelling Within 90 Days of the In-Person Training Start Date

  • No refunds. The full deposit (€3,900) is non-refundable.

  • You retain access to pre-training materials.

  • You may transfer your registration to a future cohort within 2 years by paying a new €500 deposit and covering any tuition difference.

c. After the In-Person Training Has Begun

  • 50% of the full tuition is non-refundable. Certification will not be granted.

  • In emergencies: You may pause and join the following year’s cohort, or cancel with 50% tuition retained. 

d. Missed In-Person Attendance

  • If you miss more than 3 days of the in-person retreat due to illness or emergency, you may attend the following year’s retreat at no additional tuition towards Temple of Radiance.
    (Accommodation & food will be paid directly to the venue if you choose to attend the following year)

  • Certification is only granted after full attendance at the in-person retreat.
    Please note: The Trauma Module delivered during the in-person training is mandatory for all participants. This module is a critical component of the curriculum and must be attended in full to be eligible for certification.

  • Choosing not to attend scheduled in-person sessions or modules without a valid, pre-communicated reason is considered non-compliance with the program terms and may impact your certification eligibility.

 

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, cyber attacks, internet outages, political unrest). The retreat will be rescheduled, and online content will continue.

7. Travel, Passport & Insurance

You are responsible for your travel arrangements, valid travel documents, visas, and insurance. 

8. Accommodation & Meals

Tuition does not include accommodation or meals unless explicitly stated otherwise. Participants are responsible for covering accommodation costs separately.
For each of the two in-person training retreats (June 12–21 and October 4–13), accommodation is paid directly to the venue, you will receive the details of this in your welcome email.

  1. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All materials are for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute any content. All content remains the intellectual property of Narayani LLC.

10. Data Privacy & Use of AI Tools

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is securely stored and used only for course and administrative purposes. We may use tools such as Zoom, Kajabi, Stripe, and AI platforms like ChatGPT to assist with delivery or content creation. No personal data is shared with AI tools.

  1. EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this training as it is tied to a specific date and includes immediate access to digital content.  By enrolling, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the EU 14-day withdrawal rule once the program begins or you access the pre-training materials.

12. Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Training is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Narayani LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

14. Liability Waiver

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Narayani LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during the Training.

15. Payment Plans

All agreed payment plan installments must be completed on time.
Payment plans begin 30 days after the initial deposit, typically around the 28th of each month, and are processed automatically via our secure payment platform.
Payments will be charged on the same date each month.

If a payment fails or is not completed within 5 days of the due date, your access to the program, including live calls, replays, the course portal, and community spaces, will be temporarily paused until payment is received.

Participants with overdue payments will have their access to all aspects of the program, including live calls, replays, the course portal, and the community platform, temporarily paused until all outstanding payments are resolved.

All financial commitments must be fulfilled in full before the end of the program. Certification and continued access will only be granted once all payments have been completed.
Any outstanding balances will be sent to our legal & debt collections partner.

This training is a co-created space that thrives on reciprocity, commitment, and energy integrity. By joining, you agree to honor your financial commitment as part of the sacred exchange that supports the facilitators, the space, and your own transformation.

If you cancel your participation in the program, the standard cancellation policy applies.

  1. Refusal of Entry

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any participant for harassment, disruption, intoxication, or failure to comply with community agreements.

17. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during the Training. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform us in writing upon arrival. Otherwise, you grant Narayani LLC the right to use your image, likeness, or voice in all media, for promotional or educational purposes.

18. Certification Requirements

To be certified, you must complete both the online and in-person components of the Training.

19. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updates.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal due to the in-person nature of this event.
