Hi, weâre Arja & Amanda. Co-founders of Temple of Radiance.
Initiatress began with a problem we both knew VERY well.
We had done years of personal work. Went deep into Tantra, embodiment and our own sexuality. We knew ourselves better, felt more, wanted more.
And then we looked around and thought: but where are the partners to meet us here? đ
We didnât want to spend our lives waiting for a man who had done exactly the same trainings, read the same books or somehow magically knew how to create the depth of intimacy we were craving.
And we definitely didnât want to become his teacher in the bedroom.
So we started learning something different:
How to initiate.
How to bring a man deeper without taking over. How to communicate what our bodies wanted without turning an intimate moment into a coaching session. How to create more sacredness, presence and depth while still leaving space for the masculine to meet us.
And it changed our intimate lives profoundly.
Over the years, those teachings became practices. The practices were refined through our own relationships and through years of facilitating embodied Tantrik work around the world. And eventually, they became part of what you now know as Initiatress.
Today, through Temple of Radiance, weâve worked with thousands of women internationally, led retreats and trainings around the world, and spent years developing an embodied approach to Tantra that works across the mental, physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies.

Iâm single. Is Initiatress still for me?
Absolutely. You donât need a partner to take part in this work. Initiatress begins with your own relationship to your body, desire, sensuality and intimate expression, so what you develop here belongs to you first.
If youâre single, Initiatress can help you become clearer about the kind of intimacy you want to create, express yourself more freely when attraction enters the picture, and carry that into a future relationship without waiting for the âright manâ to activate it for you.
I already feel confident and sexually empowered. Will I still get something from this?
Yes. Initiatress is designed for women who have already done meaningful personal work, so you donât need to arrive feeling disconnected from your sexuality.
You may already feel confident, sensual and expressive while sensing there are deeper layers of embodiment, intimacy and inner connection you want to live more consistently. Initiatress is designed for that next layer.
Iâve already done Tantra. Will this just repeat things I know?
Previous experience is part of what allows the training to go deeper.
You may recognise some of the principles, while the emphasis inside Initiatress is on embodying them in the moments that matter most, when youâre feeling desire, expressing what you want, navigating vulnerability or sharing intimacy with another person.
What if my partner isnât interested in Tantra?
He doesnât need the same background or practices as you for you to take part.
The work begins with what you embody and how you express yourself, so you can bring what you learn into your relationship without needing your partner to know the same terminology or have completed the same trainings.
Is Initiatress just about learning how to initiate a man?
No. Learning how to invite a current or future partner into a deeper experience of intimacy is one part of the work, not the whole of it.
Initiatress is ultimately about becoming more deeply embodied in yourself, bringing your sensuality, spirituality and desire into one integrated expression, and carrying that into the way you love, relate and move through life.
The work with intimacy grows from there. Instead of learning how to please, perform for or instruct a man, you learn how to stay connected to yourself and create the kind of intimacy you actually want to experience.
What if my partner wants to come too?
Your partner can join Rites of Passage, the menâs training taking place separately at the same venue.
Youâll each move through your own respective journey throughout the week before the women and men come together for a closing ritual on the final day.
Couples attending both trainings receive a special couples discount.
What happens during the closing ritual with the men?
After spending the initiation in separate trainings, the women of Initiatress and the men of Rites of Passage come together for a shared closing experience.
Itâs an opportunity to bring what has unfolded throughout the week back into connection and experience the masculine and feminine together from a new place.
Do I need previous Tantra experience?
Yes. Initiatress is a journey for women who already have some experience with Tantra, embodiment, personal development or conscious sexuality. It isnât designed as a first introduction to this work.
That shared foundation allows the group to move beyond the basics and spend the seven days going deeper from the beginning.
Where will I stay?
Your place includes six nights of accommodation at our retreat centre in Poland.
Youâll share your room with one other Initiatress participant, giving you plenty of space to settle in while still being part of the shared retreat experience.
Can dietary requirements, allergies and meal preferences be accommodated?
Yes. Youâll have the opportunity to share any dietary requirements or allergies with our team before the training, and the venue will do its best to accommodate them with care.
You can also add meat for âŹ120 or fish for âŹ90 to your meal plan. Simply let our team know after reserving your place, and the additional cost will be added to your remaining balance.
What isnât included in the price?
Flights and travel to the venue, airport transfers and taxis are not included. Additional drinks or snacks, spa and body treatments, sauna, laundry and other personal expenses are also separate.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Because your place is reserved especially for you and the costs are committed in advance, all payments are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend arranging travel and cancellation insurance when you book, so you have added protection if something unexpected prevents you from attending.
How do I reserve my place?
A âŹ500 non-refundable deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due by bank transfer within 30 days of booking. Three-month payment plans are available on request with a 10% fee.
If you book less than 30 days before the training, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
